This is a good condition, cartooning toy from earlier in the 1900s. Uncommon as it includes the box! The Grapho-Scope Model 10-B was made by the Federal Stamping and Engineering Corp of Brooklyn New York. Based on the box art, I would say this is from 1920s to 1940s. The manufacturer claims it is used by Boy Scouts for arts and crafts or it is restful for convalescents! The scope itself has some scratching, but the decal is excellent.
